Don’t let cabin fever set in this winter – get out and enjoy some great winter fun in Traverse City at Winter Wow!fest.   Traverse City is a four-season playground with fun activities year ‘round. And, there is no better time to enjoy winter fun than at Winter Wow!fest.

Downtown will be alive with ice sculptures lining the streets in the Front Street district in the heart of Traverse City’s famed historic shopping district. Snow sculptures will be on display at the new Winter Wow!fest Celebration Central where the excitement will begin on Friday night with Winter, Wine and Wow! and continue all day on Saturday with non-stop events, family activities, music, food, beer and lots of fun! You won’t want to miss all the action!

Other venues for Winter Wow!fest activities includes the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa with their spectacular winter fireworks display on Sunday night.

Mt. Holiday ski area is the site for some great downhill action with several events throughout the weekend. And, the Festival Open Space Park (Across from Celebration Central) will be the site for the crazy Winter Wow!fest co-ed snowball softball tournament, as well as the Soup'r Chili 5K and the Snowshoe and Cross Country Ski demos.
